The story

Trading since 1826, it is one of Palermo's historic fry shops, in an internal courtyard off Via Ruggero Settimo with no obvious sign on the street. It makes only small-format rosticceria: arancine, crocchè of potato and of milk, panzerotti, rollò, ravazzate, and savoury pastries with various fillings. There is no table service.
