The story
An industrial complex founded in 1904 as the Ducrot works, which made furniture to Ernesto Basile's designs and exported across Europe. Abandoned after the war, it has been recovered since the 1990s as a cultural hub: theatres, the National Film School, exhibition spaces, French and German cultural institutes, workshops and bars. The shed walls are used for street art.
