The story
A house-museum on the noble floor of the 16th-century Palazzo Torre Pirajno, born from the personal collection of Pio Mellina, who began rescuing tiles from flea markets and demolition sites as a child. Over five thousand Neapolitan and Sicilian majolica tiles, from the 15th to the 20th century, cover the walls and ceilings. Visits are guided and take place in a genuinely inhabited apartment.
