The story
Founded in 1910, since 2006 it has occupied the Sant'Anna alla Misericordia complex, combining a Baroque former Franciscan convent and the 15th-century Catalan Gothic Palazzo Bonet. The permanent collection numbers over two hundred paintings and sculptures from the 19th century to the mid-20th: Francesco Lojacono, Antonino Leto, Michele Catti, Ettore De Maria Bergler, Renato Guttuso, Carlo Carrà, Felice Casorati.
