The story
Designed by Giacomo Amato and completed in 1723 for the adjoining Dominican monastery, it has a two-tier façade with free-standing columns, among the most elegant of Palermo Baroque. The single-nave interior is covered with frescoes by Antonino Grano and Giuseppe Salerno, with marmi mischi altars. It lies off the main tourist flows and is often empty.
