The story
Built between 1633 and 1664 for the Company of the Holy Crucifix, it has a two-tier façade with statues and a richly decorated interior. Four allegorical stucco statues by Giacomo Serpotta, representing the cardinal virtues, stand on the dome piers. Beneath the church lies a crypt with the confraternity's burials.
