The story

In the garden of this 16th-century villa, built over the remains of the Norman Cuba Soprana, stands the Cubula: a square kiosk with a red hemispherical dome, the sole survivor of the pavilions that dotted the Genoardo park. The villa itself is in fragile condition, but the ensemble conveys the idea of the Norman royal landscape better than anywhere else.
